Online Classes
Unsure about what we do in our Online Classes?
Our instructor Morag has put together a short video to give you a better idea.
Click the button to join a class showing your instructor’s name to be taken to your class on Zoom. Click Donate before or after the class to donate your class fee (£4), as you would in person.
Please note - if this is your first attendance, you must contact the instructor at least 24hrs before the class.
Exercise Videos
Some of our instructors are creating video resources for you to access at home, whenever it suits you!
Morag has recorded a series of videos. The first two are suitable for all levels, the Balance Session is suitable for Postural Stability and Level 2 members.
Exercise undertaken at home is done so at your own risk. Please ensure you do so safely and don’t attempt anything you are uncomfortable with or which is beyond your capabilities. ELCRG accepts no responsibility for injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of following an exercise video.
